Refund Policy

All Sales Final Upon Project Completion – No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our service, we are not able to provide any refunds or exchanges after a site is completed and approved.

All projects require 50/50 payment terms. If you need to pull out of a project after the initial payment is made, we will bill you for hours committed to the project and refund the remaining amount from your initial payment.
