Falling Wallpaper
This is a beautiful illustration of a man falling and ever reaching upwards despite the inevitably of his demise. Pretty clouds too. We are also on Abduzeedo

Here is a wallpaper for all of your classic NES fans. It’s a 1920 resolution wallpaper honoring Megaman, Mario, Link, Kirby, Donkey Kong, Ninja Turtles and Bomber Man. Enjoy! We are also on Abduzeedo
My partner, David, and I were discussing design the other day. I know there are a plethora of books on design theory. There are also a multitude of design articles written, as well as a profusion of high-brow design discussions among the hallowed halls of the big boys. But, we still couldn’t actually define to our own satisfaction good design. It seems like there are so many styles, schools and theories, that who can say theirs is actually the best?
I just want to say that Inception is one of the most amazing movies I have seen in a long time. Christopher Nolan does it again and the soundtrack, actors, and screenplay are all remarkable. After seeing that phenomenal movie, I was inspired to design this poster-esque wallpaper. Credits go to T&M Photography for the model photo.
Once again, we are trying to get a bit more active with our Design Deposit and it seems we are succeeding! Here is another wallpaper based on a quick sketch of a Viking VS Sea Monster scene. No inspiration for this sketch, just my imagination running wild with my Wacom Tablet. I hope you all enjoy!
Beast Mode is a personal sketch that I got the urge to draw early this morning. We haven’t been updating our Design Deposit section recently but we sure have enough projects to fill up quite a few new posts. Beast Mode is a fitness inspired wallpaper for all of you gym-goers that feel that you take it the extra step when it comes to working out. You don’t just work out, you go Beast Mode.
Sometimes a designer just needs to break away from the day to day routine of Logo Design, PHP Programming, and CSS3/HTML 5 tweaking. Here in our first Design Deposit, I opted to share a recent personal project I’ve been working on. It started off a quick sketch and quickly evolved into a full fledge wallpaper with some Hero favorites such as Captain America, Spawn, and of course Batman. Now bear in mind, these are my own renditions of each crusader so their look and feel don’t stick to the standard cookie cutter design you may be used to. Wallpaper after the break!
A while back, myself, David Miller, and a fellow designer, Ben Machado, had a friendly little design competition. It was a blast and I really can’t wait for the rematch where we can both dedicate more time to it! Be sure to comment and let us know what you think.
It has been far too long since I’ve blogged but fortunately it is an itch I can scratch. Myself, like all designers, thrive off of design and it is the life force the moves us forward each day. Unfortunately, my outlet is often dwarfed by other priorities, but no longer! Our creative juices can’t be fueled off of logos, brochures, and websites forever. Now Beta Images is adding a Design Deposit category and we will be updating it frequently with any personal projects we are working on! It’s always nice to see a more personal side of your designer. Be warned, I have an interesting imagination so most of my sketches are kind of out there.
